Amanda ist Aktivmitglied im Berufsverband für Gesundheit und Bewegung Schweiz (BGB Schweiz), sie ist als Kursleiterin und das Studio Pittoreska als Kursanbieterin durch das Qualitätslabel Fitness-Guide zertifiziert. Ihre Kurse sind damit krankenkassenanerkannt.

Probelektion / Erstkonsultation:

Privatlektionen beginnen mit einer Probelektion (60min) zum Kennenlernen. Wird anschliessend ein Abo abgeschlossen, ist diese Lektion kostenlos, andernfalls werden CHF 80 in Rechnung gestellt.

Coachings beginnen mit einer Erstkonsultation (ca. 30min) für Standortbestimmung, Zieldefinition und Ausblick. Wird anschliessend ein Coaching vereinbart, ist dieser Termin kostenlos, andernfalls werden CHF 50 in Rechnung gestellt.

Anfrage: Teile Amanda so viel wie möglich über deine individuellen Trainingsinteressen, Ziele, Wünsche, Beschwerden und/oder Fragen per Mail mit.

Terminvereinbarung: Amanda zeigt dir die Möglichkeiten auf und vereinbart mit dir einen ersten Termin.

Ersttermin: Amanda heisst dich im Studio Pittoreska willkommen. Im Anschluss daran entscheidest du in Absprache mit Amanda, ob und wie du fortfahren möchtest.
